Ho’oponopono

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian tradition of forgiveness and reconciling broken and/or damaged relationships.
But my interpretation of Ho’oponopono after practicing the process more than a few times, is that it is a wonderful cleansing of the soul. I feel refreshed, renewed and healed of emotional hurts every time I do it.
